TEHRAN, Jan. 28 (MNA) – IRGC has issued a statement where it has announced its full support for Resistance warriors in their battle against Zionist regime.
IRGC public relations office statement expressed gratitude for what it believed was ‘a glorious and wide-ranging attendance of people and government officials’ in the funeral ceremony of a fallen general Mohammad Ali Allahdadi, who was killed during a Zionist regime helicopter missile attack in Syrian border region of Quneitra along with some other Hezbollah warrior fighters.
“The significantly high public turnout, especially high-ranking officials and dignitaries of the Islamic Republic in the funeral and mourning ceremony of Brig. Gen. Allahdadi demonstrated that ‘strong spiritual bonds’ of brave Iranians to the ‘crimson path of the martyrdom’ still bring flowers of pride and glory for the Revolution and the country,” the statement read, “Brig. Gen. Allahdadi was defending the holy shrines and Syrian people and helping Islamic Resistance front in Quneitra near borders with Lebanon and Golan Heights,” the statement added.
The statement lavished praise on the fallen general as ‘a self-less, unassuming, but intrepid’ warrior, whose martyrdom along with son of Hezbollah’s late Emad Muqnieh, Jihad Muqnieh, and other warrior-soldiers of the Resistance Front “was a harbinger of formation of the United Front of Islamic Umma against the occupiers of beloved Palestine.”
The statement extended gratitude also to all personalities and organizations who offered condolences via their messages and honored the memory of the IRGC general and Hezbollah warriors; “the IRGC believes sustainable national security, supporting Quds and the Resistance Front against illegitimate Zionist regime as deeply rooted in its inherent missions in defending of the Islamic Republic’s strategic depth, and will remain a staunch supporters of the Islamic Resistance fighters in all confrontations with Zionist regime,” the statement concluded.
