Islamabad, Aug 17, IRNA – A Pakistani analyst on Saturday said that Iran being the signatory to the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) is entitled to enrich uranium for peaceful purposes.

He said that Iran has allowed the IAEA inspectors to inspect its nuclear installations as it has nothing to hide.
“But the problem with West is that they cannot accept the nuclear program of an independent Muslim country,” the analyst viewed.
Saqib Akbar expressing his views said that western states have not been able to find evidence against peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear program. He said US and some western states are openly violating the NPT by putting unjustified pressure on Iran.
