Tehran, June 13, IRNA – An earthquake measuring 4.4 on Richter scale jolted border area of Semnan and Golestan provinces on Friday noon.
 According to the report of seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred at 13:42 hours local time (10:12 hours GMT) and its epicenter was at 36.84 degrees latitude and 55.15 degrees longitude.
There is no immediate report on possible casualties or damage.
