Madrid, July 18, IRNA – In a meeting with Spain?s King Felipe VI, the new Iranian Ambassador to Madrid Mohammad Hossein Fadaiefard here Thursday presented his credentials to him.
Fadaifard was the first foreign envoy to present his credentials to the new Spanish king after his succession of his father, King Juan Carlos on June 2, 2014.
In the ceremony held in Spain?s Palacio Real (The Royal Palace), in addition to the new Iranian ambassador the new envoys of Uganda, Mozambique, Chile, and Pakistan, too, presented their credentials to King Felipe.
Also present in the ceremony, there were the Spanish foreign minister, the chief of staff of the King?s Office, and the king?s military adviser.
