TEHRAN August 20 (Shana)--Gas supply to Shahid Hasheminejad Gas Refinery has stopped for the treatment facility to undergo maintenance work, a deputy director of the refinery said.
 “Since throughout gas refining operations, some equipment repair work is impossible, the gas inflow has to be cut to prepare the refinery for maintenance,” Mohammad Farzaneh Moqaddam.


He added that the maintenance is to be done so that the refinery could work effectively in the winter.  

The main maintenance work will last five days, he said, adding that the affair is handled by National Iranian Gas Company, Sharq Oil and Gas Production Company and Shahid Hasheminejad Gas Refining Company.
