TEHRAN, Sep. 21 (MNA) – Iran’s FM spokeswoman has said moderation, avoiding extremism and racism would be the main key to UN 69th General Assembly Declaration.
Pointing to the General Assembly Declaration on 'the Right of Peoples to Peace', Marzieh Afkham said that the Islamic Republic believes moderation, along with avoiding extremism and racism, as wwll as respecting all nations’ values is the main proposal Iran offers as a key to the Declaration.
She added that while some countries and the Israelis support the terrorist groups, the necessity of moderation and avoiding extremism is felt more.
Afkham mentioned that the UN can act best fighting extremism because it has the best opportunities and facilities to fight extremism.
Foreign ministry spokeswoman asserted that the Islamic Revolution of Iran took place with the peace message 35 years back and always supports peace and stability in the region and world.
