TEHRAN, Oct. 18 (MNA) – Lebanon’s Minister of National Defense and Deputy-PM Samir Moqbel has arrived in Tehran to meet with Iranian authorities.
Samir Moqbel leads a delegation of high-ranking military officials in a three-day visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
During the visit which is made due to official invitation by Iranian Defense Minister Hossein Dehqan, the two sides will discuss bilateral, regional and international issues and explore ways to expand defensive relations.
Lebanese deputy prime minister is set to meet with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani and Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani.
