TEHRAN Oct 29 (Shana)--Refineries in the giant South Pars gas field are ready to pump gas during winter, the managing-director of National Iranian Gas Company said.
Hamid-Reza Araqi, during a visit to South Pars, said NIGC is fully ready to supply gas during winter.
“The necessary infrastructure has been provided for processing, transmission and distribution of gas in cold days,” he said.
Araqi said Iran’s gas production is to increase by 100 mcm/d by the end of the current calendar year in March 2015.
