TEHRAN Nov 19 (Shana)--The Energy Committee of Majlis has confirmed that the gasoline imported into the country meets euro-4 standard obligations, the head of the committee said.
Ali Marvi said investigations show that Tehran is experiencing cleaner air than last year due to the quality of gasoline burnt by cars.
He said that an ad hoc committee comprised of members of this committee and representatives of relevant bodies is to be set up to give final confirmation about the quality of imported gasoline.
Euro-4 gasoline is currently being distributed in Tehran and cities of Karaj and Arak.
