Qom, Jan 14, IRNA – Grand Ayatollah Abdollah Javadi Amoli said on Wednesday that Iran does not need oil income citing great talents and potentials of national economy.
'One hundredth of the world population live in Iran while we have access to 10% of the world resources. Therefore, we should spend double-efforts to build our economy auspiciously,' said the Ayatollah in a meeting with Deputy Police Commander Brigadier General Hossein Ashtari.
The religious leader Javadi Amoli said that under such circumstances that we have everything we will not be able to govern our affairs the other side will exert pressure on us. We have the Alborz Mountain Range, the Zagross Mountain Range, the seas, and a vast expanse of land that is irrigated by rain water.
The source of jurisprudence said that all we need is broad vision, since the outer enemy can be controlled, but the inner enemy whose foot tracks cannot be traced is beyond control, and that is within our chests.
