Tehran, Feb 1, IRNA – The sixth high level experts meeting of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) opened here Sunday.
  The meeting is aimed at creating a platform for ECO member states to consult on activating the Regional Institute for Standardization, Conformity Assessment, Accreditation and Metrology (RISCAM).
ECO is an intergovernmental organization involving seven Asian and three Eurasian nations, part of the South-Central Asian Union.

The 10 members of ECO include Iran, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
