The expansion of anti-Russian sanctions is under discussion by the European Union foreign ministers, according to a European diplomat.
BRUSSELS, (Sputnik) – The European Union foreign ministers are discussing the expansion of an anti-Russian sanction list, which would target some individuals and was planned for adoption without discussions, a European diplomat told RIA Novosti Monday.
"The ministers are currently discussing," a diplomatic source said.
The expanded list of sanctions would include 19 individuals and nine entities, including five Russian citizens, according to the media reports.
