Berlin, Mar 17, IRNA -- European Union foreign policy chief, Federica Mogherini expressed optimism on prospects for a lasting Iran nuclear agreement after a special meeting on the state of nuclear talks in Brussels Monday evening, according to German Press Agency dpa.
Speaking after her talks with her US, Iranian, German, French and British counterparts, Mogherini termed the meeting in the Belgian capital useful, saying it could ultimately be helpful in making further progress in the nuclear negotiation process with Iran.
She reaffirmed her determination as well as those of the foreign ministers of the E3 and US to finally land a deal after 12 years of nuclear negotiations with Tehran.
