Iran and P5+1 are close to signing a deal, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who is in Madrid on an official visit, told Spanish officials Tuesday.
Basically there are two problems; one has to do with drafting a final deal and the other with changing the attitude that sanctions are an asset for the other side, the Iranian top diplomat said.
"My colleagues, the EU foreign policy chief, other officials from P5+1 and I will get together next Tuesday to begin drafting the deal," he said.
