Kuwait City, April 23, IRNA – Kuwaiti Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs Khaled al-Jarallah has said that his country and other member states of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council (PGCC) support Swiss Statement and a probable nuclear deal between Iran and the P5+1.
Speaking to reporters, Jarallah underlined the significance of peace and stability in the region.
Jarallah said that establishment of peace and security in the region is a top priority for PGCC member states, including Kuwait.
He stressed that the organization supports signing any kind of nuclear deal that will ensure stability in the Middle East.
In addition, the foreign minister of Bahrain, in his latest remarks, underlined the significance of further enhancement of relations between Iran and PGCC member states.
US President Barack Obama has invited leaders of PGCC member states to Camp David for a meeting in May on the latest developments in the region.
