Bojnourd, June 14, IRNA -- President Hassan Rouhani underlined that his government is resolved to expand its economic and trade ties with the world countries, and said that Iran has good atmosphere for foreign investment.
'A good atmosphere is prevalent in the country for investments,' President Rouhani said, addressing a press conference in the city of Bojnourd in North Khorassan province on Sunday night.
He went on to say that security is not limited merely to physical security, but the calm economic conditions are also a kind of security.
President Rouhani pointed to the West's unfair sanctions imposed against Iran, and said, 'Although these sanctions have created some obstacles in the way of foreign investment, we will pass through these difficulties with the help of people.'
The Iranian president, meantime, pointed to the efforts by the country's scientists in the field of technology, and said, 'Iran's status in business indices also improved.'
