Iranian parliament disapproves Minister appointed by President

Ali_Nikzad_070211Baku. Konul Jafarli - APA. Iranian parliament disapproved Ali Nikzad newly-appointed as Minister of Communications and Information Technology by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, said deputy chairman of the Iranian parliament Muzaffar Hussain, APA reports quoting “Mehr” news agency.
He said Nikzad’s appointment as the Minister of Communications and Information Technology is contrary to the laws of the country. Writing a letter to Nikzad, Muzaffar asked him to appoint to this post another one.

Note that, Nikzad is Iran's current minister of Roads and Urban Development. One person can not serve simultaneously as the two ministers on the basis of laws.
