Tehran, Aug 21, IRNA – Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force, Brigadier General Amir-Ali Hajizadeh, said in Tehran on Friday that the IRGC forces are to launch the big ballistic missile exercise in the near future.

Hajizadeh said details of the military exercise will be unveiled in the future.
'Over the past two years, there have been doubts whether the IRGC has ignored the ballistic missiled or stopped related wargames. The measures are on agenda as before and considerable amount of achievements have been gained in the field in the past two years,' said the official.
The pre-scheduled wargames have been launched but informing the media on the measures is something that falls beyond the scope of the responsibility of the IRGC and it rests with jurisdiction of the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), he concluded.
