TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran coach Carlos Queiroz named a 26-man squad for the 2018 World Cup qualifiers against Turkmenistan and Guam.
Charlton striker Reza Ghoochannejhad has returned to the team after being left out for the match against Oman and Japan due to injury.
Iran is scheduled to face Turkmenistan on November 12 in Tehran.
Team Melli will play Guam five days later in the Western Pacific island country.
Carlos Queiroz’s men are second in Group D with eight points, three points behind Oman with one game in hand.
Turkmenistan is third with seven points.
