TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Zohreh Haratian of Iran has been invited to attend the second edition of the FIFA Women’s Football and Leadership Conference.
The conference will focus on promoting equality through reform, featuring high-profile figures from the world of sport, politics and business such as recently retired world champion Abby Wambach and Sylvia Schenk, an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sports.
The conference will be held at Home of FIFA, Zurich on March 7.
This programme is about identifying, supporting and developing strong female leaders in football, which is in line with calls for greater female representation across all areas of the game.
Haratian will attend the conference as head of Iran Football Medical assesment and Rehabilitation Center (IFMARC).
