TEHRAN (ISNA)- Visa limitations run counter to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and need to be modified, said Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for European and American Affairs Majid Takht-Ravanchi.
“Naturally, Europeans are not happy with the situation, but as you know there have been exceptions in John Kerry’s letter and regulations presented by American and we believe that it runs counter to the JCPOA and needs to be modified,” he said in a meeting with EU Deputy Foreign Policy Chief Helga Schmid here in Tehran.
“We discussed bilateral issues and ties with the EU and we will discuss regional and international matters on Tuesday,”
Elsewhere, regarding allegation of a foreign website on constructions in Parchin site, he said, “I have not heard the news but Parchin is one of our internal issues and our military issues do not have anything to do with talks.”
He also said that Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif would visit Brussels next week to meet with EU Foreign Policy Chief Fedetica Mogherini.
