TEHRAN, Feb. 09 (MNA) – An official of Islamic Promotion Organization responsible for February 11 Revolution rallies has said head of US Nation of Islam will address the ceremony in Tehran.
Asghar Abe-Khezr told a press conference on Tuesday that about 450 foreign guests from 28 countries worldwide, the majority of whom influential political and religious leaders of Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, the Netherlands), African and Asian (Pakistan’s Kashmir territory), the Americas (the US, Argentine, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Cuba, and Chile), would be participants in the rallies and ceremonies of February 11. “A session also will bring together foreign dignitaries in IRIB’s International Conference Hall on Wednesday (February 10) where Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, Ali Larijani, Parliament Speaker, and Ali Akbar Velayati, Leader’s senior adviser will address the session,” he told the press.
“February 11 is officially promoted as Iran’s National Day and the Islamic Culture and Communications Organization will be active in Iran’s cultural attaché offices worldwide; more than 5,200 reporters, photo-journalists, and 280 foreign press correspondents in Tehran along with more than 3,000 nationwide will cover the Revolutionary rallies,” he detailed about the media coverage, “TV networks as Kuwait TV, Spanish AFA, Al-Akhbar, Anatoly, Al-Manar, Lebanese Al-Mayadeen, Canad D (Turkey), Al-Jazeera, NBC, AP, Xinhua, Japanese HK, German ZDF, CBS, and others will also cover the event through video reporting and photojournalism.”
“Also Mr. Louis Farrakhan, the leader of the religious group Nation of Islam of the US will be special guest and will address the ceremony before President Rouhani’s closing address,” Abe-Khezr told reporters.
