Tehran, February 13, The Iran Project – Iran's drilling industry is making a comeback to global market after the sanctions removal, seeking to enter the Middle Eastern and Central Asian oil field as the first step, an official at the National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) announced.
Hamid Taakaeidi, the Deputy of National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) made the remarks in an interview with a reporter on Saturday, highlighting the removal of the obstacles in Iran's way to attend the drilling projects abroad.
Stressing the country's return to international market after the years of sanctions imposed by west against Iran's oil industry and its effect on Iran's drilling industry, he stated that during post-sanction era the country's top priority is to attend the central Asian and Persian Gulf market.
Taakaeidi referred to the various projects under the company's investigation, adding that Iran is to participate in Kazakhstan's tenders and also number of other tenders.
The Iranian official further went on to say that Iran is waiting for dissemination the details of tenders' documents to take necessary measures.
