TEHRAN, Feb. 18 (MNA) – Five short films by Iranian filmmakers will be screened at the 13th edition of Kinofilm™ International Film Festival in Manchester, England.


Iranian Short films to participate in the 13th edition of Kinofilm™ include ‘One Nil’ and ‘Autumn Leaves’ by Saman Hosseinpour, ‘B Positive’ by Nazir Mirzaei, ‘On the Way’ by Amir Sarrafha, and ‘Shahrzad’ by Mehrnoush Aliaghaei.

The 13th edition of the festival will kick off from the 22–28 of February 2016 in Manchester, England.

According to the event’s website, Kinofilm™ is renowned for seeking out diverse, challenging and groundbreaking new films. It includes special programmes in low/no budget shorts, North West Shorts, British Shorts, European Shorts, International Panorama, Kino Exposed (student and youth shorts), and Kino Animation, giving new and emerging filmmakers the opportunity to have their work screened alongside that of critically acclaimed, established short filmmakers.
