TEHRAN, June 5 (Shana) -- Dana Energy Company announced today it has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) with CGG Services SA. from France, on the sidelines of EAGE conference and exhibition in Vienna.

CGG is a fully integrated Geoscience company providing leading geological, geophysical and reservoir capabilities to its broad base of customers primarily from the global oil and gas industry.

The MOC provides a framework for Dana Energy and CGG to cooperate in defining, execution and implementation of onshore seismic data acquisition and processing projects in Iran. CGG and Dana Energy share the same vision of services and teamwork towards execution of projects.

“We recognize the value each party brings and wish to enter into collaboration in order to make the projects and the collaboration a success” said Mr. Mohsen Daneshkhah, President of upstream services from Dana Energy.
