IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani in a message on Tuesday condoled his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on deaths of the air disaster over Black Sea.
 
President Rouhani said that report of plane crash over the Black Sea which killed a number of Russian nationals was sorrowful and saddening.

'I express condolences on behalf of myself and Iranian nation to your Excellency and families of the victims of the tragic event,' he said.

Russian plane crashed over Black Sea on Sunday, killing all 92 passengers on board.
