IRNA – Senegalese President, Macky Sall, in a message to President Hassan Rouhani on Friday extended his condolences on the death of the late Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani.


In the message, President Sall expressed his deep sorrow and regret over the sad occasion and offered his condolences to Iranian nation and the bereaved family of the late Ayatollah.


He wished divine blessing for the deceased Ayatollah and patience for his family.

Ayatollah Rafsanjani died at the age of 82 on January 8, due to cardiac arrest caused by heart attack.
