IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani in separate telephone conversations with governor generals of East, west Azarbaijan and Ardebil provinces ordered rapid use of all possibilities to relief victims of flood-stricken areas, including all possible assistances from neighboring provinces.


He also talked with Energy Minister Hamid Chitchian, who is in area as president's special envoy for flood-stricken areas.

The president ordered all possibilities of these three provinces as well as neighboring provinces should be applied to relief victims of the incident.

The governor generals presented a report on the latest situations and operations underway to president.

Energy Minister Hamid Chitchian also headed a delegation, including deputy ministers of Interior, Health, Road and Urban Development as well as Red Crescent Society to the area as special envoy of the president.

So far the dead bodies of 29 victims of the floods have been recovered and the search efforts are underway for finding dead bodies of other victims.
