MNA – Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif heading a high-ranking political delegation will depart for Afghanistan early Sunday, FM Spokesman said today.According to Bahram Ghasemi, the visit comes at the official invitation of Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani.
Besides FM Rabbani, Zarif is scheduled to hold talks with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, Chief Executive Officer Abdullah Abdullah, and a number of other senior Afghan officials.
Discussing various aspects of bilateral relations and ways to improve the current level of cooperation between the countries, as well as the latest developments in region and the world are on Zarif’s agenda during his visit to Kabul.
