IRNA – Former prime minister of The Netherlands Wim Kok and Italian Deputy Foreign Minister Vincenzo Amendola arrived in Tehran on Friday night to participate in President Rouhani’s oath-taking ceremony.
Both officials were officially welcomed by members of Majlis presiding board in Imam Khomeini International Airport,
Meanwhile, Mali Parliament Speaker Issaka Sidibe entered the capital late on Friday night to attend the ceremony.
Upon arrival in Imam Khomeini International Airport, he was welcomed by members of Majlis presiding board.
He told IRNA in the airport that Iran-Mali ties are excellent, hoping that they would further improve.
Togolese Minister of Foreign Affairs Robert Dussey also arrived in the capital to take part in the ceremony and was officially welcomed by Foreign Ministry’s officials in Imam Khomeini International Airport.
South African Minister of State Security entered in Tehran for the same purpose and was officially welcomed by Foreign Ministry officials.
Some 70 delegations from foreign countries and international organizations have so far arrived in Tehran to take part in President Hassan Rouhani swearing-in ceremony on August 5.
