IRNA – Tehran Prosecutor Abbas Jafari Dolatabadi said on Tuesday that Iran has arrested 23 people on suspicion of having a hand in the terrorist attacks on Iran's Parliament on June 7.
Jafari Dolatabadi also referred to another case in respect to Daesh terrorist group currently under investigation.
'This case is about allegations of those who have left Iran to join Daesh group, heading to Syria through Turkey and who were then forced to return to Iran after Daesh was pushed out of Syrian soil,' the official said, adding that most of these people are women whose husbands have been fighting for Daesh and have been killed or arrested during the war.
They were well aware that Daesh was an armed hostile group and were recruited by the group in exchange for receiving remarkable amount of money that was seized when they were captured, Jafari Dolatabadi said.
