IRNA – British envoy to Iran extended condolences over the deadly earthquake in western Iran which resulted in killing of hundreds of people and injuring thousands of others.
'So sad to hear of the terrible earthquake in Kermanshah last night. My condolences to the families of those killed and sympathy to all the affected,' Nicholas Hopton said in a Twitter message released on Monday.
The 7.3-magnitude earthquake in Kermanshah Province, western Iran has so far claimed the lives of 341 people and injured 5,953 more.
