IRNA – Iran has been loyal to its commitments, other signatories should, too, said a French senator on Wednesday while stressing on the implementation of the Iran nuclear deal.


Deputy-Chairman of the Select Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defense and Armed Forces of French Senate Christian Cambon made the remarks in a meeting with the Iranian ambassador to France Abolqasem Delfi.

Referring to Iran's role in solving the problems and crises in the Middle East, Cambon also stressed expansion of parliamentary ties between Tehran and Paris.

Meanwhile, the Iranian ambassador said that the last year's visit to Iran of the speakers of French Senate (Sénat) and the National Assembly (Assemblée nationale), would help expand historical ties between the two countries.
