IRNA – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and the President of Senegal National Assembly Moustapha Niasse urged cooperation in fighting extremism and obtaining the Palestinians’ rights.
Zarif referred to Iran’s belief that the crises in Syria and Yemen have no military solutions.
He underscored solving Islamic World problems through negotiations.
Niasse, for his part, pointed to his last year visit to Iran and also Iran’s progress in different fields.
He also expressed Senegal’s need to take advantage of Iran’s educational potentials and capacities.
Zarif was in Senegal on Monday morning on the first leg of his tour to four African and South American countries.
