Tasnim Albion has renewed its interest in Iran's World Cup ace Alireza Jahanbakhsh.
Iran was knocked out of the group stage in Russia on Monday night, despite a last-gasp draw against Portugal in which Cristiano Ronaldo controversially avoided a red card.
Jahanbakhshs agent, Amir Hashemi, told The Argus: Hes just finished. He will take one or two days rest .There are clubs interested in him. There is nothing concrete right now, Hashemi said.
There are maybe eight or nine clubs, this is normal, but that doesnt mean they will come with a very good or clear offer. They are talking, they are asking, they are calling. He wants to wait and see what is best for him. Alkmaar decide the price.
The Dutch club, keen to cash in on his 21 goals last season, reportedly rate him at around 22 million.
Napoli is among several other clubs linked with Jahanbakhsh.
Jahanbakhsh joined Alkmaar in 2015 on a five-year contract and his exploits in the Dutch Eredivise this season have reignited Albions interest.
