IRNA - Iran's Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) signed an agreement with its Indian counterpart body.
The document was signed by the deputy head of the Chamber of Commerce of the two countries during India-Iran Business Forum in New Delhi, India on Tuesday.
The Iran-India Business Forum was held in New Delhi with the presence of businessmen and entrepreneurs.
The agreement was signed by the two economic bodies at the sideline of the ongoing visit of the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif who is heading a ranking delegation to the country.
Zarif has travelled to India to participate in Raisina Dialogue.
The Raisina Dialogue is a multilateral conference held in New Delhi annually. Since its inception in 2016, the conference has emerged as India’s flagship conference on geopolitics and geo-economics.
Iranian Foreign Minister is also supposed to deliver speech in a business forum which is underway with the attendance of Iranian and Indian economic activists.
Meeting his Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj, India's oil minister and India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi are on Zarif's itinerary.
