IRNA – Chairman of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov has congratulated Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif on the 40th victory Anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.


Iran Consulate Office in Nakhchivan quoted a message released by Talibov as congratulating Zarif on the occasion.

The message read that friendly relations of Azerbaijan and Nakhichevan with Iran have expanded because of the two sides' successful foreign policy and great success has been gained as a result.
