The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, passed away, the state's Amiri Diwan announced on Saturday.
According to The Iran Project,Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah was 86.
A couple of weeks ago, Sheikh Nawaf was admitted to a hospital due to an emergency health issue but it was later declared that his condition stabilized.
