Iranian Oil Minister Javad Owji departed for Caracas on Wednesday to hold talks with his Venezuelan counterpart and other high-ranking officials of the Latin American country.
According to The Iran Project,During his visit to Venezuela, the Iranian oil minister is set to discuss different issues including the export of Iran’s engineering services, the construction of extraterritorial refineries, and the overhaul of refineries.
During the past 20 months, the volume of oil exchanges between Tehran and Caracas has reached nearly $4 billion, which is considered a great achievement.
