TEHRAN (ISNA)- Heads of states, officials and ambassadors from 50 countries plan to join Iranian President Hassan Rouhani's inauguration ceremony scheduled for Sunday afternoon.
Leaders and officials from Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Lebanon, Armenia, North Korea, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Iraq, Sudan, Syria, Swaziland, Russia, Venezuela, Algeria, Azerbaijan, the UAE, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, India, Nicaragua, Tanzania, Cuba, Ghana, Comoros, Ukraine, Kuwait, South Africa, Brazil, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Mauritania, Guinea Bissau, Burundi, Palestine, Benin, Togo, China, Oman, Qatar, Ethiopia, Mongolia, Tunisia, Georgia, Nigeria, Niger, Saudi Arabia, Guinea-Conakry, Moldavia and Surinam will attend the ceremony.
Also deputies of the UN Secretary General and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will take part in the ceremony.
Former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad and former European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana will attend the event.
