ran’s highest-ranking military commander is going to visit Pakistan for talks on bilateral relations and regional developments.

According to The Iran Project, Heading a military delegation, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Hossein Baqeri will travel to Islamabad at the official invitation of the chief of Army Staff of Pakistan.

The top Iranian commander will hold meetings with senior Pakistani political and defense officials.

In the upcoming visit, Major General Baqeri is expected to hold talks about the latest regional developments and the ways to promote military and defense cooperation between Iran and Pakistan.
