Tehran, Aug 14, IRNA – Irans Parliament (Majlis) presided by Speaker Ali Larijani started the third day of debate on competency of the proposed ministers of President Hassan Rohani on Wednesday.
The Iranian MPs examine competemcy of Ali Rabiei for the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare in Wednesday morning session.
Debate on competency of proposed ministers started in the Iranian Majlis on August 12.
Iranian lawmakers examine qualificatioin of the would-be ministers in morning and afternoon sessions.
On Tuesday’s, the MPs discussed qualification of six proposed ministers including Ali Najafi (nominated for Ministry of Education), Mahmoud Vaezi (Ministry of Communications and Information Technology), Mohammad-Javad Zarif (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and Hassan Qazizadeh Hashemi (Ministry of Health).
President Rohani attended Majlis sessions on Monday and Tuesday.
President Rohani unveiled the list of his proposed cabinet members during his swearing-in ceremony on August 4.
