SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association)[/B] – Informed sources in an interview with Al-Manar network revealed that in the secret meeting in Rome, Saudi Arabia reminded their partners in the Syrian war that because of Saudi’s support the rebels are still able to fight inside Syria.
The sources whom did not wish to be named pointed to the fact that the Saudi delegation reassured Israelis that the occupied lands will not be threatened. The Saudis also announced that if the Syrian government is overthrown the borders with Lebanon may be closed in order to limit the Hezbollah’s military abilities. In the same secret meeting the Israelis said that they will continue sending military equipment to Syrian rebels and will take care of their wounded fighters in the Israeli medical centres.
