Iran, Iraq stress further industrial cooperation

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian and Iraqi deputy ministers of industry and mine stressed the further expansion of industrial and mineral cooperation between the two countries.
Iranian Deputy Interior Minister for Industry, Mine and Trade Gholamreza Shafiei and Iraqi Deputy Industries Minister Maki Hamoud al-Deiri discussed the further cooperation on joint industrial fields as they met here in Tehran.

Iran can work on pipes required for industry, oil and gas pipes, industrial construction and renovation of old industries with Iraq, Shafiei said.

Al-Deiri, for his part, said Iraq has done its best to meet needs of Iraqi companies and it is ready to work with Iranian firms and corporations in these fields.
