TEHRAN (ISNA)- Head of the United Nations Office for Ouster Space Affairs Mazlan Binti Othman lauded Iran's participation in space infrastructures and peaceful space activities and said the country would not have any problem in building satellite, launcher and peaceful use of ouster atmosphere space.
Othman who is in Iran concurrent with World Space Week said Iran is an active member of the Committee of Space Rights and Natural Disasters Committee which has worked hard on the area and encouraged the UN to open one of its natural disaster offices in the country.
"Iran has participated in space infrastructures and peaceful space activities well," she said, adding, "Construction of satellite and launcher (by the country) and its readiness in peaceful use of ouster space show that the country does not have any problem in the sphere.
