Beijing, Oct 27, IRNA – A spokesman at the Iranian embassy in China said Sunday that expansion of ties with Beijing was one of the major priorities of Tehran?s foreign policy.
Referring to an upcoming visit to China by Speaker of the Iranian Parliament (Majlis) Ali Larijani, the spokesman said the visit would take place in line with the priorities of the Iranian foreign policy.
Larijani?s visit, slated for October 29 to November 1, will take place based on an official invitation by Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People?s Congress of China Zhan De Jiang.
While in Beijing, Larijani is to hold talks with a number of Chinese high-ranking officials, deliver a speech for the Chinese university students and elites and also visit several major cities.
