Tehran, Nov 3, IRNA – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei received university and school students here Sunday on the eve of the national day against global arrogance, November 4.
The meeting was held at the Imam Khomeini mosque down town Tehran.

November 4 reminds three important events in Iran’s history; take over of the US Embassy in Tehran by Iranian university students in 1980, martyrdom of a large number of school students by the Pahlavi regime in 1979 and exile of the Founder of the Islamic Republic the late Imam Khomeini to Turkey in 1965.
