Moscow, Nov 27, IRNA – Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization said Geneva agreement to solve Iran?s nuclear issue has an important role in improving the situation in the Middle East.
Dmitry Mezentsev in a statement published in SCO website said The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation welcomes the agreement reached on 24 November 2013 in Geneva by the ministers of foreign affairs of the Great Britain, Germany, Iran, China, Russia, the USA and France over Iran?s nuclear programme.
The SCO considers this step an essential contribution to the strengthening of the spirit of trust and understanding between the states concerned and the improvement of the situation in the Near and Middle East.
