Tehran, Dec 1, IRNA – Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif left here Sunday for Kuwait City to take part in the meeting of Iran-Kuwait joint economic commission.
During his stay in Kuwait, the Iranian foreign minister will also hold talks with a number of Kuwaiti officials on major international, regional and bilateral issues.
After his visit to Kuwait, Zarif will leave the Kuwaiti capital for Muscat in Oman where he is to confer issues of mutual interest as well as international and regional questions with Omani officials.
This is Zarif?s second visit to regional countries since he became foreign minister of Iran.
Iraq was his first regional destination.
