Tehran, Dec 7, IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani said December 7 which marks the national “University Student Day” is a day of freedom, independence and national sovereignty for the country.
The president made the remarks in ceremonies to celebrate the national University Student Day which was held in Shahid Beheshti University in northern Tehran Saturday morning with the massive participation of students.

He said that universities today are unanimously confronting exploitation, colonialism and foreign intervention in any form with ultimate power.
